Overview

This policy explains what AppMD, Inc. (“AppMD”, “we”) collects when you use our website and product, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to what we need to run the service and improve it.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, and organization when you create an account or sign in with a provider.
• Uploaded files: the APKs you submit for analysis, and the artifacts we derive from them.
• Usage data: logs, device and browser metadata, and product events used for reliability and security.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Uploaded applications

APKs are processed in isolated sandboxes and encrypted at rest. We use them solely to generate your analysis. We do not sell uploaded files, and we do not use your proprietary binaries to train public models. You can delete an analysis and its artifacts at any time; on paid plans you control retention windows.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and secure the service.
• Generate, store, and display your analyses.
• Communicate about your account, security, and updates.
• Detect abuse and enforce our acceptable use policy.

Sharing

We share data with subprocessors that help us run the service (for example, cloud hosting and payments) under contractual protections. We disclose information when required by law or to protect our users and the service. We never sell your personal information.

Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Uploaded files and analyses follow your plan’s retention settings and any deletions you request. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
