The agreement between you and AppMD when you use the service.

Acceptance
By accessing or using AppMD you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and represent that you have authority to do so.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Authorized use of the service
You may only upload and analyze applications that you own or are explicitly authorized to inspect. You are solely responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary for any file you submit. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to the files you upload and the analyses generated for you. AppMD retains all rights to the service, including its software, models, and interfaces.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. Analyses are generated programmatically and may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for how you use them. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AppMD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior twelve months.
